“What gets measured gets done,” is a pretty common phrase. It rightly states that if you have an expectation and a sense of being accountable for a goal or outcome, the odds are pretty good that you’ll see progress made toward accomplishing that goal.
Measurement is key to understanding what works and what doesn’t – what can be called success and what needs to be redirected or scrapped all together. LAS CRUCES, NM – The W. K. Kellogg Foundation has awarded a three-year, $345,090 grant to The Bridge of Southern New Mexico to advance its work to build strong pathways that increase high school graduation rates and prepare a strong workforce for Dona Ana County.
